Hi All

We'd like to invite you all to our Strategy Session for Senior Leaders next week. We'll be delivering a session from 4pm-5pm

Room Location: Excel Centre - North Gallery Suite #15 | Map: http://goo.gl/2jjzdn

Our session description is - Building an Environment for Change... by Starting with the Right Questions.

Overview: Twenty-first century school leaders are strategic operators -- part manager, part operator, part catalyst. At present, leaders are now also tasked with ensuring that their organisation does not fall behind with regards to technology. Often, however, questions of why, what, and how can hinder the process of effectively implementing this change. In this session, we will explore the bedrock questions that schools must address first, and provide stories of successful strategies that give stakeholders a voice in the school’s change process. This workshop will also highlight how a UK Google lighthouse school has tackled similar challenges during their own journey.

Agenda:

Time Content & Speaker

4:00-4:15 Introduction to Change Management and Haptic - Darrell Raynard & Nathan Mortimer, Haptic Networks - Google Partner

4:15-4:30 Professional Development and Change Management within the Classroom Darrell Raynard, Haptic Networks - Google Partner

4:30-4:45 Tactical Change Management Strategies for Schools Andy Caffery, Streetly Academy

4:45-5:00 Questions & Answers

It'd be great to see you all there, please register for this (or any of the individual sessions over the course of BETT 2017) using this link

Alternatively, if you can't make it - feel free to pose any questions here and we'll make sure they get asked.

Thanks for reading

Joe
