Sugessions to promote the online payment system (cashless catering) to the parents

We use Tucasi online payment system and with our existing cashless catering system, we don’t have a system where parents can pay online for the children meals and the children have to use the coil loader in our school to top-up.

 

But we do have an option, where parents can pay online for school trips and other events using Tucasi ( tutorials have been provided on the website) for parents to register and do the payments for this purpose.

 

Now we are going to replace our cashless system and this new setup will allow parents to do online payments from now on for the school meals for their children and we are not going to install coin loader in our school.

 

Before the system could go live, I would like to promote the online payment system to the parents.

Please can you suggest best ways we can promote and ask parents to register?
