Hi everyone,

NetSupport will be in the same location as last year on stand D118 on the main walkway across the show. Although we are in the same location we have certainly up-scaled our plans and we will have loads of the NetSupport team on hand to meet existing and prospective customers throughout the week. We will be happy to demo all our latest updates.

We have some great offers available to all BETT visitors and as you would expect, edugeek members get an extra discount on top :)

As well as great offers for visitors, We're delighted to have BETT legend and School Radio broadcaster Russell Prue with us on our stand this year. Russell has presented at every BETT show since 1985 and has seen many changes in the technology landscape. He's worked at the BBC, RM and the Department for Education and is a well reported and respected education technology opinion leader.

We've created a new feature this year, NetSupport Radio, and Russell will be hosting a live radio show every day from our stand D118 at 4pm. We'll bring you an exciting mix of entertaining and informative interviews from top celebrity guests, music, chat and interactive slots where you can join in live through social media. We have already secured contributions from Lord Jim Knight - MD of TES global, Sir David Carter the National Schools Commissioner and Prof. Stephen Heppell.

The important bits

We will be showcasing our latest version of NetSupport DNA, releasing at BETT 2017, with even more IT Management and Safeguarding features. From newly integrated remote control, a new remote PowerShell feature, secure Vault for storing licences and passwords, new Safeguarding Videos and tons more features you asked for. An all new version of our classroom management (NetSupport School) will also be available in the Windows 8/10 app store as well. Naturally you'll also find lots of cool giveaways on our stand ( D118 ) so please do drop by and see us.

I'll be about on the Wednesday and Thursday to feel free to PM me personally if you want to meet up for a chat.

Al.

Our message this year - There has never been a better time to change to NetSupport, join the hundreds of schools who already have over the last year.

@Al_NetSupport - do new features include preventing concurrent logins?? It was confirmed by yourself for a future release. I hope this is the future release you meant!!

Hi Fiza,

It is in development I can assure you, but when I confirmed we would include a few months ago this release 4.4 was close to development end and has been in Testing and Q&A. All the ideas and suggestions raised in the last few months, including concurrent logins will appear in 4.5.

I am sure you will approve of our approach, as we don't want to be releasing code that hasn't had sufficient testing time (many have seen the impact of that in other solutions).

Still got plenty of new features to show you if you stop by the stand ;)

Looking forward to the new release - We moved away from Securus to Netsupport DNA awhile ago & it's been leagues ahead! Just finished rolling out Netsupport School as well to replace another well known classroom management suite that has suffered from many, many issues over the past year or so......

Thanks for the positive feedback, that's really good to hear. We won't be resting on our laurels and have loads more features to add to the solution. Not least controlling concurrent logins or @fiza will be kicking my backside :(

For those going to BETT I can't reiterate enough how positive our NetSupport experience has been. We manage multiple sites and can remote control them all with DNA (even better when version 4.4 comes out ).

e-Safety monitoring, hardware / software inventory and web reporting are all amazing.

I'm not going to mention any other companies in this thread but can only say pop by and see the NetSupport staff and see what amazing value you get for your money. They are always developing the product and listen to features Network Managers would like so its a good opportunity to have your say in the future development.

It's a shame I can't make it down this year the netsupport stand looks like the place to be. It's great to see you are hosting Russell - I always like to say hello to him when I visit.

Very much looking forward to the new remote control and password vault - both things we will find extremely useful.

Enjoy the show.

Thaks Adam, that's really appreciated and i'll pass on your regards to Russell.

We will have a film crew on the stand all day Wednesday so will be able to share a few highlights for those who weren't able to attend. Hope you like the latest update, it's looking really good. The remote Powershell feature is super handy.

Thanks Karl, that's really amazing feedback and very reassuring we are on the right path with NetSupport DNA. Definitely feeling the love from the edugeek family at the moment.

Are you there on the Saturday?

We'll definitely be taking a closer look at DNA.. Still got around a year left with Impero but it looks like we'll be moving to another solution.

We've had a DNA trial previously, but it was during the summer and obviously no pupils in to properly test.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the message, you won't be surprised to hear you are not alone.

I won't be at the show on Saturday but we will have a full team that are. If you drop me a PM with your contact details and a convenient time on Sat I'll make sure someone is available to walk you through everything.

You'll be pleased to know we don't ever expect customers to commit to our products for years in the future, and can make an early transition from an alternative solution more palatable.

Hope that helps

Al.

You'll be pleased to hear our shipment of a few thousand Travel Mugs have arrived at Excel. Don't forget to stop by D1118 each morning and grab one. Perfect for keeping a nice coffee or a cheap hot chocolate warm while you wander around the show.
