Badaz52 Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 Hi, We are using puremessage anti virus & anti spam 4.0.3 for Exchange 2013. Unfortunately when sending internal emails pure message is picking them up as inbound and applying rules such as quarantining emails containing macros etc. This was never a problem when we were on exchange 2010 and the rules worked perfectly but since upgrading to exchange 2013 this has been the case which makes me think that during the migration period I may have incorrectly configured it. We do use a local authority mail relay but internal emails shouldn't be going to it and coming back which is what I think is currently happening for puremessage to think they are inbound emails. Has anyone else had similar issues?
