Smart 16.1 wont install

Hi all,

 

I have one laptop that is being stubborn and wont install Smart Notebook 16.1

 

During the installation process I receieve an error that an update (KB3033929) is missing and must be installed before I can continue. Unfortunately this update is installed and the laptop is fully up to date. I am at a loss as to how to get around this.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Okay so just some more info on this. I have searched installed updates and KB3033929 isnt to be found anywhere. I have downloaded the MSU for it from the Microsoft website and that states that the update is already installed! HELP.

I was going to suggest uninstalling the update and then run windows update, but if you can't find it to uninstall it there must me an issue in the registry somewhere.
