Apple Configurator - deploy issue

Hi All,

 

I am using Apple Configurator Version 1.7.2 (560) to prepare, supervise and deploy apps to iPads. All of a sudden I started to get issues when refreshing iPads. It comes up with a error message "unable to send ClearPasscode command to device". I do not have any passcodes on the ipads.

 

Any help in the right direction will be much appreciated.

How are they connected to the Mac? If you are using a sync/charge trolley or a USB hub I would connect one directly to the Mac and see if the problem persists.
