Badaz52 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Hi all, Not sure if anyone is using sophos puremessage but we are having an issue with exchange 2013 whereby it is not detecting internal emails as such so is applying any inbound/outbound rules we might have on it. This is causing a problem particularly with the finance department as they frequently send excel spreadsheets containing macros which puremessage is intercepting. I have configured the internal message rules in puremessage to deliver everything internal without checking but it doesn't do it. Any ideas?
