Flash and Shockwave version check webpage?

There used to be an Adobe page where it would tell you what exact version of flash and shockwave you had installed. Stupidly I didnt save the link and now when I search I cant get anything except the general 'test shockwave and flash' page

 

It was quite useful and would be helpful now, as Im trying to get a bit of software to work that reckons I dont have version 8.5 or over of Shockwave, despite having at least 10.2

I can never remember the link either, but if you type flash test into either Bing or Google, it's the top hit.

Running XP: if you into Start > Control Panel >"Add or Remove Programs" and then click on the 'Click here for Support Information' for either Flask or Shockwave - the full version is displayed.

One thing to note about shockwave, or at least the official corporate MSI, is that it installs two versions: The latest 10.x and the latest 11.x.
