Cacti issue on Windows 2012R2, the RRD files not being created

It's going to be hard for me to spin up another server as I do not have access on the networking team to do this, so looking to fix. I'm picking up the pieces here

 

I can see the poller_time.MYD and poller_time.MYI files in the cacti database folder being updated but for some reason the RRD files are not been created to populate the graphs.

 

How I understand it is that the database gets written to first then this creates the relevant RRD files.

 

If I had my way I'd install jus on Linux and be done with it, I'm certainly no Linux guru but the support is defo out their for Cacti Linux users rather than Windows.

 

Error logs are typically windows and less than helpful to put politely.
