computer policy settings not applying, events 5719 & 1055

Greetings,

 

I'm having an issue with computer policies not applying while seeing both eventid 5719 & 1055 logged. I have tried the recommended hotfix (kb2459530) as this matched my scenario but it has not worked. RSOP says that the policy i'm focusing on has been detected and I can see the settings, however after many gpupdates and reboots I still cannot see the settings in the local computer policy when using gpedit (they should be there, am I correct?). I have definitely set the policy up correctly in the respect that they are computer settings with user settings disabled. Every single reboots sees those events logged and I just cant seem to figure out where its going wrong. It's happening on wired and wireless clients.

 

Please can anyone suggest any troubleshooting that I may be able to do?

Have you set the Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon and Specify startup policy processing wait time policies?

Also basic check that the policies are applied to computer objects and not users as they are computer settings.

Thanks for your replies @Garacesh: One is set via domain policy and the other is set by a different policy @Roopert: the policy is definitely in the correct place with the correct config setting
