DHCP issue Windows Update

I'm using a raspberry pi for dhcp and had no issues. I wonder if ISP home routers are using an old dhcp daemon.

Thanks for this, I had this problem happen to my PC at home last week. Thought it was my new (BT) router playing up!! Sorted it by assigning a static IP address etc to my PC's nic and all has been OK since.
