DPM 2016 - Is Server 2012 Supported?

I am looking for information on the MS website and can't find it! Does anyone know if DPM 2016 is supported on Server 2012 (non R2) please? I have looked on a few blogs some have said yes some have said no

Apparently yes, but DPM is the only SC application that still supports it.
