We upgraded to v 5.4.36 yesterday and now it does not work at all. Impero Helpdesk tell us that it is because we have VLANs and we have no reserved ports for Impero.

We are changing the port reservations shortly. This is just a note to anyone else about to upgrade who are also running with VLANs.

Um, OK. Interesting. Let's see if our Impero recovers after the port changes and some other stuff that Impero are going to do later.

Needs to have an high priority level and not be overridden by other polices. I think if you configure this on the server it has the tool to show how these will be applied to different groups/users.

I'm lost, I have no idea what you mean, sorry!

I went through all the groups individually and disabled Pin Groups for them all...

@Mic_Impero There needs to be an option to disable it site-wide on the Impero Server like there is for Confide / Patch etc.

You need to go onto the Impero Server and when you pull up the logged on clients right click the one / s that are problems and re-syncronise the various things - Groups / Policies etc. That sorts it okay.
