Role: Junior IT Support Engineer

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

 

Net-Ctrl is looking for a new Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team.

 

We are an Ipswich based value-added technology reseller that provides, installs and supports a range of solutions to both the public and private sectors.

 

You will be working alongside our established technical support team and liaising with customers and suppliers.

 

The role will be both internal and external. On days when you’re in the office you will be expected to work on our support line and deal with support tickets. You will also be required to travel, which may include overnight stays. This may involve supporting our Sales Managers and/or handling installation works.

 

Salary is commensurate with experience and industry knowledge.

 

Products will include, but not limited to:

Firewalls, Networking, Authentication, Remote Access, IP-CCTV, Wireless and Wired Infrastructure. Required training will be provided.

 

Ideally, we’re looking for someone that has an aptitude for technology and is keen to expand their knowledge and take ownership of projects.
