New Ruckus issues

So I got a shiny new Ruckus Unleashed installed last week and we are constantly getting connectivity issues with both Windows and Mac devices. We can't see a pattern at all. Below is a paste from the log. This is the same device. It's the head teachers and she was sitting at her desk throughout this time period, but it's the same error as we get on other laptops.

I'm currently awaiting a call from Ruckus, but if anyone has any ideas they'd be greatly appreciated.

Authentication failure, how is the laptop supposed to authenticate?

It's just a passphrase. Sorry, I probably should have put in my original post that a lot of the time everything works, including the one in the above logs. We know the passphrase is correct.
