Ruckus Firmware update

Hi all,

 

I've just had a Ruckus Unleashed wireless network put in and there's a firmware update to do. It's a live network. Can anyone give me a ballpark of how long the network will be down if I do it? Obviously I'd like to do it outside of normal school hours, but I have an issue which a firmware update may fix so want to get it on.

10 mins or so usually. Id suggest rebooting it and backing it up before you upgrade it then seems to upgrade quicker/more reliably than if its been up for a while

I would go with that. I usually do it during an evening at home.

I do it from home at a stupid time of night and it usually takes 15 minutes tops.
