Add external users calendar to outlook

Hi

 

I have a user using Outlook with her office 365 account setup and i want to add a calendar for a user that resides on a different exchange server. IS this possible? if so how can i do this?

I think so... But with the proviso that whoever views the calendar and is not part of the owners organisation will not be able to change it.

 

Whoever owns the calendar simply shares the calendar using the share button in outlook, types the address of the person they want to share it with and hits the go button.

 

I've just tried it and it works sharing it from my o365 account as owner, to my personal 365 account.
