Ardingly College is seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Drama, Events and Audio Visual Technician to provide a robust and reliable technical support service across the whole College.

 

 

The role involves organising the technical aspects of drama lessons and productions, chapel services, concerts, meetings and other functions throughout the year by setting up and dismantling AV and theatre equipment, managing and coordinating lighting and sound design schemes. Furthermore, you will install, maintain and operate all AV equipment across the campus, and diagnose/resolve any problems.

 

 

To be successful, you will have a flexible approach to both workloads and working hours, a pleasant and personable manner, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to be highly organised and have relevant technical qualifications and experience.

 

 

Hours: 40 per week, with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
