[sims] Support

We are currently looking at the support we get for our SIMS, currently we are direct with Capita and personally thats the way i like it.

 

My data team have suggested another company that is more expensive, however there are benefits ie free training.

 

However my business manager has received an email today from School ICT Services Ltd, basically offering support for about 10percent of what we currently pay.

 

Would any one be able to comment on the company???

Hi we use them. They are great and find there support helpful.

The support has been great for us (quick to reply and especially to send out patches)

 

I've not been on any of their training to be able to comment on that side of it
