Windows 7 ctrl+alt+del needs to be enetered twice

Hi,

 

Any ideas why suddenly a new PC will only present the CTR+ALT+DEL login screen after needing to pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice!

Any other unusual background processes running? Particularly monitoring software?

 

What if you press it once and wait a while? Will it eventually work?

 

Check for bugs/malware..

Can't say I've ever seen such behaviour. I presume this is a physical PC and not a VM?
