HGfL: No Internet Access This Morning For Some Users

We have some users reporting that there is no Internet access when they logon. The error message says:

 

The filtering service is currently unavailable.

 

Contact your Internet administrator if you require access to this site

 

ISP: HGfL/Updata. [Herts Grid for Learning]

 

Is anyone else in Herts seeing the same issue?

 

My connection and some others are OK. We have tried restarting the affected stations without success. It affects IE11 and Chrome.

 

Edit: I have had a reply from the helpdesk, they are aware of the issue and they are working on a fix.

Connectivity is restored, but now we have a problem with Show My Homework at some stations only.

 

It says, at the affected stations only, that the certificate has been revoked. Browser: IE11 and Chrome.

 

I am guessing that this is a continuation of the above in some form rather than a SMH issue.
