NetSupport DNA - Multi-Monitor support and Remote Control.

I've had quite a few questions about our multi-monitor support over the last 48 hours, not sure why its a current hot topic, but i thought it was easier to share here than just via lots of PMs.

 

In the NetSupport DNA Console you can see all PC Screens within any department, and where they are multi-monitor, the number of each monitor is shown as an overlay over the thumbnail ( 1,2,3 etc). You can click on these to swicth the view to a different monitor on each PC.

 

 

Similarly if you select just one PC, you can see all monitors alongside each other.

 

 

Finally if you jump to full 1:1 R/C, you can see, selected monitors or of course the entire desktop. You can do exactly the same from either our iOS or Android Apps too.
