HAP not consistent

Hi

 

We've had HAP running for a while and like a number of sites are unaware of how much use it actually gets. However those who do use it, SLT, complain about the reliability and consistency of its performance.

Staff report back that when they login not all drives are available, but if they login 5 minutes later the drives are all there.

When they email me to tell me it's not working I login and the drives are there.

 

Has anybody ever experienced this? If so is there a logical reason for it?

 

The issue is leading to a lack of confidence on the part of the staff, resulting in them not using it.
