Vericool - Polymer £5 note

Hi All,

 

Just wondering if anybody has managed to upgrade their cashboxes to take the new £5 notes them selves following vericools instructions?

 

We have done it as per the documentation and not got anywhere and support are of very little help at the moment....

We have been told that we have to send all of our cashboxes back to them!

I've been sent the instructions but have not managed to upgrade a noteloader successfully.

We haven't successfully managed any either and have had to resort to send each one back to them in turn... from talking to the manufacturers there should be 3 files for a upgrade but cericool have only sent the 1
