Hi,

If a member of staff creates a group or OneNote ClassBook, they can assign co-owners. However, if they have their account disabled, the co-owners will lose access because everything exists in the creators personal oneDrive library.

Is there a neat (Powershell?) way to move shared resources from one users personal OneDrive Library to another persons?

From the same posting on the Microsoft forum I got the answer (but I haven't tested it)

You may follow the steps below to move one notebook from one user to another user. For example, User A create class notebook AA, and User B has the access to it.

1.Before B lose the access to AA, he can open it OneNote desktop application.

2.Click File>Export>Notebook>OneNote Package>choose desktop and call it AToB.

3.On the desktop, double click AToB to open it. You will get a pop-up for un-packaging it. Choose Desktop and call it AToBB.

4.Choose AToBB in the OneNote desktop application>click File>Share>choose User B’s OneDrive for Business library or SharePoint library.

Note:User B may need to Add place and enter his account to add services to OneNote, so he can see his OneDrive for Business library and SharePoint library in the tenant.

1.After moving, you can directly re-share it to other users, so they can access this “new notebook”.
