Hi, I'm hoping someone on here can help!

I am trying to run a report to upload to SISRA and one of the required fields is candidates exam numbers.

Here is my issue: The exam numbers for the year 10s aren't being pulled through/extracted from SIMs. They all have exam numbers as I can see them on the individual students profiles.

The strange thing is that if I run the exact same report for year 11, their exam numbers come through no problem at all!

Is there something that has been left unclicked or something I'm missing here?

Has anyone else had anything similar happen to them?

Thanks!

Thre is a bug with the current version of SIMS which means the Exam Numbers do not display properly on the student details page. I would double check that they have actually been allocated. can you see them from the examinations module ?

Yeah, I can see them if I go on the exam organiser module and click 'Focus -> Candidates -> Internal'.

All their exam numbers are there. I can also see them on the student details page?

If they are there and are appearing in other places that suggests there is something wrong in the report definition you are using. Is a filter being applied somewhere ?

The only filter is for the year group, the strange thing is, is that I can run the EXACT same report, put a tick in the 'Year 11' filter box and it throws up the numbers no problem!

Its only with the Year 10 that its having this issue!

We have used the same report for a few years and never had this issue before!

If you go to generic student list, can you see year 10's exam numbers there?

Just export from there and put it into whatever column it should be in for your SISRA load.

I suspect there is some effective date setting on your report that is set prior to you issuing your Y10s their exam numbers though.

Yeah, they appear fine on marksheets and such.

I'll do it this way for now, but of a pain but at least they're there!

I hope it gets sorted eventually though!

Thank you all!
