Smart Lightraise Flicker and Bulb Issues

Were at various states with our LR projectors, flickering being the main issue we keep seeing but also now very dim bulbs.

The last replacement direct with Smart was a real pain in the rear (I miss Steljes) and has returned after 10 days flicker free but so dim its almost impossible to see in a dark room let alone lit.

 

Has anyone else had issues like this and managed to negotiate some form of blanket replacement or similar, im at the point where im considering legal advice and returning as not fit for purpose.
