fiza Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 We are using Drawplus X8 version 14.0.1.21 on Windows 7 SP1 When students try to create a flash animated banner and click 'play' the program freezes for a few seconds and then we get ; "Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." If we click the 'switch to' button then only the start menu appears but the message remains. The only way to get out of this loop is to log off. Anyone comes across this before?

fiza Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 Sorry I forgot to update this. We solved it the same way as @timbo343. We used the version of Visuall C++ that came bundled on the Drawplus CD.
