printer port disappearing log

We are having a problem with our printer port disappearing somehow.

We have no idea how or when it happens.

 

So the question is:

Is there a log file or a place in win 7 that logs what a printer port is doing.

I found something

 

In eventviewer -> Applications and Services Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows ->PrintService

 

If anybody knows about other logs let me hear about
