Bev Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 We have just got some brand new Stone PCs, which are having intermittent sound problems and Youtube and DVDs are running very slowly. I've tried redownloading the drivers from the Stone website but it's not helping. Any other suggestions? The music teacher is going mad as she uses videos all day long.
ITJS2015 Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Okay if you go towards your driver which you have problems with then under details tab and properties dropdown you can select hardware ID Its should give you and iD, if you copy that into google it will tell you the proper driver which then you can go direct to there website EG Intel SoundMAX Atheros If the full description doesn't help you with that iD delete the ID half way and put that into google which you should then get more info on the driver. I have had a Microsoft driver for sound which doesn't work well on touch screen tvs until you do this method you will not know what correct driver it is Hope this helps
