Trying to import email address'

I match the fields fine and the preview looks fine it then works away for a god 10 minutes then lists all of them saying not imported, but all the details it fails on look correct, I assume because of the way it does it, we don't need everyone to sign out of SIMS as we might with the patch they supply to do the same job? BTW the patch they supplied also failed, we used the same format as the csv we used last year, any ideas?

Edit: we didn't have the person ID as a field, once added it went through fine, though it does go to not responding for a good 10 minutes before finishing.

Hi I am trying the same thing however where did you get the Person ID from? Cant see it as a field I can pull our in reports to create my template list?

@Dxa on the reports selection in SIMS when you go to select data fields its between CESthirdpartyfields and conduct.
