[sims] Nova T6 Satellite

Hi all,

 

Bit of a strange one, wondered if anyone could help me out with this. I'm trying to update a satellite install of Nova T6 on a laptop to the latest version but all the installers I've used seem to give me the one before. The member of staff using it has told me it needs 6.34 to match our SIMS installation on the network but the installer I've extracted from the Summer 2016 update on SOLUS3 seems to only install 6.33. I've also gone into my account on the Capita website and downloaded the installer from them, same thing. Looking at the SIMS install on my networked PC, the Nova T version is indeed 6.34 so where on earth can I find the installer for this?

That is a right pain to install, it's almost like voodoo.

 

You need to run the nova satellite installer then when that has installed run the NT6 installer from within the SATS folder that has created. You will also need a copy of the licence file placing in the SNOVA directory once the install has completed.
