RDS 2008R2 Corrupting profiles

Hi all,

 

We are using RDS 2008 R2 and it is corrupting our roaming profiles. We have it set to not cache profiles so at log out so it deletes them. This works OK on our desktop computers but on our terminal server for some users it leaves the profile behind with loads of MSV87878.tmp files in Appdata\Temp which cannot be deleted until a restart takes place. This means that if a user logs on again it duplicates their profile name with .domain this then corrupts their outlook ost as we use cached exchange mode so when they do log into the desktops again numerous users cannot open emails with outlook so we have to reconfigure the profile and the cycle starts all over.

 

A lot of internet sources suggest that the desktop experience add ons are to blame so I took them off and the issue went away but the issue is back once more.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?
