The winner is a program that I thought wouldn't even be in the running, with much better offerings, in my opinion, way down the list.

 

If this is the best comedy offering of the 21^st century I fear for the future of comedy...

I agree - there are about 20 sitcoms on that list that shouldn't be there

I don't know, the IT Crowd, Black Books, The Thick Of It, Gavin and Stacey all belong on there I think.
