Temporary Account taking for AGES to sign out

Hey Guys,

 

I have just turned on some of our Windows 10 netbooks for use. When I start a few of them up, I have come accross the following issue.

 

I managed to take the screenshot from iTALC, I believe that the issue is coming from the last user that logged in which was a temporary user profile on the computer itself.

 

I would like to know any way of sorting this? It seems to not be making any progress. My easiest fix is to restart the laptop by the power button.

 

Any ideas?

We've had that here too (and it wasn't just temporary accounts for us) and found that the Anniversary Update seems to address it. Do your netbooks have the update?

Nope. Don't have it on any of our computer.

I would just like to know as our Transition account is a temp account somehow. I have the transition users on it because we are still getting accounts sorted for them.

I'd see if applying the Anniversary Update on one of the netbooks fixes it.

None of the networks currently have support for the update. All 1gb RAM. Although, in the next few months I am looking at upgrading them to 2gb ram which is the max it can take.
