Hi,

I am wondering how you connect your disks in Hyper-V? I have just left Vmware for Hyper-V (purely financial decision), and by default are connected via the virtual IDE connector. I am assuming the virtual SCSI is better?

Thanks

With v1 VMs, you have to use at least one IDE drive to boot from. In terms of performance, it makes no difference. The only reason they have the scsi controller is to support more than four VDs per VM

With v2, its SCSI all the way.
