Started setting up a new HP Proliant 380 server today (thanks @ICTDirect_Dave ). Looking at the HP driver list on their website there are loads of drivers that are available.

I see windows has already installed most drivers but which drivers do I need to replace from the HP driver page as I expect some will run better than the stock windows drivers?

One driver that windows didn't install is listed as base system device. Which driver is needed for that please?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks but I can't see any drivers about chipsets. I'm in the middle of downloading the Proliant service pack which keeps pausing so when that's downloaded I might know more. In the past I've always used Dell servers and they came with software called Server Administrator which showed everything about the server hardware and I expect HP has similar software for their servers. What is the name of the HP version of this software please?
