Office 365 - Blacklist of group names/phrases

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a blacklist of names/words/phrases when it comes to creating group names in Office 365?

 

A school I look after have various distribution lists for staff e.g teacher@. One or two clever children have created groups in Office 365 which are similar - i.e. an S on the end (teachers@) and it has resulted in a member of staff accidentally emailing that child's group instead. The extra groups have been removed but the school would like to know if it is possible to prevent groups being created with certain phrases in them?

Just a quick google search and I found this https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj218693(v=exchg.150).aspx but I was thinking, wouldnt it be easier to set up a group yourself called teachers@ and then create a rule to forward everything to @teacher then if some one accidentally uses teachers@ there won't be a problem?

Kudos to you Knil92. This is exactly what we are after. It has also raised the issue that we were able to create a group with some profanity in its name. We have since created a Group Naming Policy with no formatting requirements but with a list of blocked words. We then tried to create a group with a word from that list and we weren't able to.
