MacOsx install file for Virtual Machine

Hello,

 

Is there anywhere that I can download the disk image for El Capitan, that i can re-install on my MacBook, i've installed windows 10 on it, but want to go back to the OSX software to do some testing.

 

I've installed a SSD in my MacBook.

Yes, but you'll need another Mac. You can download the El Capitan installer from the App Store, even if the machine is already running it. Goes into the Applications folder.

 

Without another Mac, pass.

This. Hold down Alt + Cmd + R, it should then start Internet Recovery. Believe it downloads the recovery tools which should give you the option to reinstall OS X.
