MDM Removed

All our Ipads are on the Apple Dep and in meraki but I have had an email thismorning to say that one of the Ipads has had the profile removed i didnt think they could if it was in DEP?

They can if you haven't set a removal restriction or password to remove it.

How do you set a password to stop removal? Didnt know you could do it

When you set your profile up, it'll say 'require a passcode to remove this profile', go to Meraki system manager, then click on 'systems manager' (top left), then there's an option for 'profiles' (I think) can't remember of the top of my head. Then click on your profile which is installed on the iPad, then add a passcode.
