FMS Personnel Module - Salary Projections very slow

Good morning all,

 

My first post on edugeek and hopefully not to daft!

 

We are finding that Salary Projection reports in FMS take between 20 and 30 minutes to run.

Our local helpdesk has told me that this is probably the norm.

Is this normal for everyone? If not, how did you speed it up?

It should be around 30 seconds although I haven't looked at this for a while

It will depend on the size of the school, number of staff and contracts, but 20 to 30 minutes seems excessive. The amount of time taken did increase 2 or 3 upgrades ago, but I would expect even in large schools less than 10 minutes.
