Filter bad words in Exchange 2013

I am looking for a way to reject all mail sent between students to be filtered for bad words. I have a list of 500+ words, but looking at the screenshot below you have to enter words one by one. How are you picking up on bad words and filtering them?

^ Use powershell (new-transportrule) to create the rule and just pull the words from a text file. Disclaimer: I don't have exchange 2013, but you can do this in 2007, so I assume it's similar.

 

You may want to have the rule divert the messages to a "swearbox" mail account too, just in case there's some random nastiness going on that your CPO hasn't picked up on yet.
