Linking to an App (Minecraft)

Morning all,

Just got Minecraft EDU deploying on my build but as it is an app, I am finding it hard to find a link I can place in the start menu (Classic Shell). Any thoughts where the link to the app may be hiding please?

Did you deploy the store version? If so isn't it in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ then minecraft

Thanks for that however the exe brings up the smartscreen filter warning where the app when run from searching for it just works. I deployed it with the powershell script it includes during the build.

Yeah, should of checked before I posted! however the command line:

 

start minecraft:

 

will launch minecraft will launch it from the command prompt (not run?) if this helps?

minecraft:

into the run box or into the new shortcut wizard.
