I have a user that can’t access a folder to save. It is on a network you can navigate to the folder in the save as wizard but when you press save it says folder can’t be found/accessed. You can navigate to files in the save folder and open them. However when you edit them and try to save you can’t.

You can save the files in to another file then cut and passed into the folder that can’t be accessed.

Any suggestions

Sounds like a permissions issue. May not be, but that is certainly where I'd start looking. Is it just this one user, can other users save to this folder, can an administrator ? I'd check the permissions on the network folder as a starting point and work on from there.

Sounds like permissions on the folder/share where something hasn't replicated throughout.

Permissions isn't my strong point, but it may be worth checking 'Replace all child object permissions entries with inheritable permission entries from this object' (unless disabled inheritance is present and you've got customised permissions on that folder).

(Properties of the folder > Security tab > Advanced)
