Hi Dickens and misslp. Thanks for you input the user can make folders with in teh subfolder her self. it si just the one user that i know of as it is in her user docs. i will check her permissions when she is back and i can have a better look at the laptop. thanks Dave

I have a user that can’t access a folder to save. It is on a network you can navigate to the folder in the save as wizard but when you press save it says folder can’t be found/accessed. You can navigate to files in the save folder and open them. However when you edit them and try to save you can’t. You can save the files in to another file then cut and passed into the folder that can’t be accessed. Any suggestions Dave Allen
