Are there any free decent Content Managment systems that run on IIS? We already have a Joomla box but for another site, i'd like somthing the same, but for IIS.

If the OP has got PHP on IIS then s/he may as well run Joomla. If they can't or don't want to install PHP then dotnetnuke looks a good choice.

I have used dotnetnuke for several years now and I rate if very highly. Compares well to joomla/Drupal etc.

Plus features for an intranet is that is has higher level of AD integration out of the box. The forums module, blog module etc are also fully integrated rather than having to grapple with trying to integrate smf/phpbb into it.

That said I also think Drupal/Typo3/Joomla are great CMS's as well. But, if you want one that runs well from IIS and takes advantage of ASP.NET and MS SQL then have a try with dotnetnuke.
