Its backup now! but too late for our students this morning..................never mind!

 

It just seems that since they moved services to a different address things have deteriorated, had no issues at all from the previous address.

We had problems with it yesterday although I think we had a different error page.

 

I kept getting random students getting the page then at about 12:30 they all got the error at the same time (15 Students). They all managed to get back on and continue with their exam but its really disruptive when it happens

to be fair i just assumed that no news was good news but the head of computing knew about it so it didnt need reporting as there was nothing i could do. Winner!

Annoyingly I have been roped in to help invigilate some of the tests so I saw it happen first hand. Although if I hadnt been there, like you I don't think I would have been told about it

We haven'd had any complaints today, although they only started about 10:45 I think.

We had no issues. Students have been using the site since monday.

Many problems today, website going down and since we last did it there is another chrome plugin?! We never got this info so had to quickly whip round and install that too.
