ParentMail SIMS AutoLink

Challenge - try and fix this issue before I get through to ParentMail! I've been on hold for just over 15 mins.

 

SIMS Auto Link - I've set it up but it won't ping or sync. No errors. I've followed these instructions to the tee -

Actually reading through these logs, it looks like something I have to speak to them about!

Confirm the Install path which by default is C:\Program Files\ParentMail\SIMS AutoLink\ - Please note the application must be saved to this file path

 

I'm sure this program is written by experts!

Make sure you have either given your account full permissions to the ParentMail folder and all files below it, or are launching the config tool as administrator.

Still, we should totally trust then with all that personal data.
