User Name change (due to marriage)

Is it an easy thing to change a user's login name in SIMs? One of my users has recently married, and would like her new name reflected on all of her logins. I'm hoping its just a call to the Host provider.

Is it straightforward? Thanks,

It's SIMs.

You will log into SIMS with the sysman account and then edit the user. It's similar to anything else really - focus, system manager, manage users. The School Business Manager should have the password for the sysman account, if not, then yes the external support will sort it. Edited June 14, 2016 by Joanne

If it is not linked to active directory, is easy to change via system manager in Sims. Make sure corresponding staff entry has also had a name change, be mindful of staff code changes though as this messes up timetables
