Can anyone recommend an approved company that can do onsite repairs of Smart Interactive Screens? The one recommended by Smarttech doesn't do onsite visit, and expect us to package up and send a 65" screen!

Is it an easy thing to change a user's login name in SIMs? One of my users has recently married, and would like her new name reflected on all of her logins. I'm hoping its just a call to the Host provider. Is it straightforward? Thanks,

Hello, I have deployed the Twinkl Phonics Suite (paid for version) onto a group of school ipads using Apple configurator. The suite has 6 Phonics phases and all but Phase 3 work. When I choose Phase 3, the app just bombs out, but works fine for all other phases. I've contacted Apple, but this problem seems to be going on for a while now and I wondered if anyone here has had a similar problem trying to run this app and if so, could give me any ideas. Thank you
